what does it mean

someone is waiting to tomorrow to determine if i can locate a neopolitan six chord. or a german. french. italian augmented six chord amongst the predominant likes and see that it always goes to five one. but hey i know that brahms will find me and his hemiolas won't be more than two and three juxtaposed supposedly. oh but we'll see. the arts are calling me enough of this education.
